Website Maintenance

Websites are created to establish an online presence and like any other asset, needs to undergo changes, either to reflect changes in the business structure, market or the functioning of an organisation. We assume that you will want to revise some or all of your web pages over time, also perhaps adding additional web pages according to your business needs. We offer a unique 30 day trial period from the date of your approval of the final draft of the site. During which time we make free updates and changes to your site, beyond this time you may either opt for a yearly maintenance contract or if you feel you won’t be updating your site frequently we also offer paid updating services.

Our website maintenance contract will include editing, revising or changing existing web pages to keep your website up to date. The periodic addition of new web pages is also part of our maintenance services although they will cost you based upon the number of additional pages and work required per page.

The charge for maintenance contracts is based on the size and the work involved in your website at the time the contract is signed. This is done to ensure that you will not be paying for anything more, than for the services that you require from us.

Under our maintenance contract, you are entitled to make an unlimited number of text revisions to existing web pages including adding, deleting or editing graphics contents on the web pages. Our maintenance programs ensure that your site is always current and your project stays within budget.
